How paid access works
Pro is a PayPal subscription of $6 a month. Press Subscribe and PayPal opens the checkout for Pro; when you approve the payment you come back to this page.
Shortly afterwards [email protected] emails your receipt and sign-in link. Look in the junk filter if nothing appears. The first payment credits your plan, and every renewal tops up the same balance.
The code holds Pro’s allowance counted in pages: 150 files × up to 150 pages = 22,500 pages a month. Type it into the box below one time; this browser then remembers it. It is only used when the free allowance cannot cover a file, and a file of up to 150 pages then converts in full.
A balance left at the end of a month is still there in the next one, and cancelling does not remove what you bought. For help with a payment or a code, reply to the email or write to [email protected].

How billing works
Pro is a subscription of $6 a month, in US dollars, paid through PayPal. Press Subscribe, approve the payment in PayPal and you come back here; your receipt and sign-in link follow by email. Each monthly payment adds 22,500 pages to the same balance.
To end a subscription, cancel it from inside your PayPal account, or email [email protected] and we will do it for you. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next payment; the pages you have already paid for stay on your code. If a conversion or a payment went wrong, write to the same address and we will look at it.
Pricing: your questions
Is Free really free?
Yes. 3 files a day, up to 10 pages each, with no account and no card. You get every app format, the preview, Copy and Download .md.
What counts as one file?
One PDF is one file, whatever its length up to the page limit. A 10-page handout and a 2-page note both count as one of your 3 a day.
What happens if my PDF is longer than 10 pages?
10 pages per file is the free ceiling; past it the remainder is skipped until you sign in to a paid plan, and the ceiling becomes 150.
The page says when a file was cut short, and the downloaded file name then ends in -partial so you can tell it from a full one.
How is the daily limit counted?
Free is counted per day for the browser you use, with no account. After a conversion the page tells you how many free files you have left today.
What happens when I reach the limit?
The page shows a message that says why the conversion stopped and points to Pro. Nothing is lost. You can try again the next day, sign in to a paid plan, or subscribe.
What does Pro give me?
150 files a month, files up to 150 pages, in all six app formats, for $6 a month. On your balance that is 22,500 pages a month, used only when the free allowance cannot cover a file.
Is Pro unlimited?
No. A paid plan is finite: each payment adds 22,500 pages, which is 150 files of up to 150 pages. Short files use fewer pages, so the balance can last longer. Each file can be up to 25 MB.
How do I subscribe?
Press Subscribe on this page. PayPal opens the checkout for Pro, and when you approve the payment you come back here. The receipt and sign-in link go out from [email protected] shortly afterwards; look in the junk filter if nothing appears.
How do I sign in after paying?
Open the sign-in link in the receipt email, or go to /signin/, and enter the address you paid with. Type the six-digit code we send, and this browser stays signed in. Renewals add to the same balance, so you never need a new code.
Do unused pages expire?
No. A balance left at the end of a month is still there in the next one, and cancelling does not remove what you bought.
How do I cancel?
Stop the subscription in your PayPal account, or email [email protected] and we cancel it. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next payment. The pages already on your balance stay yours.
When will batch conversion arrive?
It is planned for Pro, with up to 12 files at once, and it is marked coming soon. We do not give a date, and Pro does not depend on it.
Do I need an account to use Free?
No. Drop in a PDF and convert it.
What happens to my files?
Files are read out of memory and destroyed when the Markdown is sent back. A page that needs a second look is sent as an image to Google's vision API, which may keep it and its reply as abuse-monitoring records, kept 55 days at the outside. The privacy page has the details.
